When we decided that it was time for Doonbeg Community Lotto to go online I emailed Lottoraiser with a few queries and James gave me a call within an hour. That set the tone for the rest of my dealings with James and Lottoraiser. He was extremely efficient & professional, answered all our questions promptly, gave us good advice and got us set up in a short timeframe. We are pleased with the way Lottoraiser is working for us. We are delighted with the service offered to us by Lottoraiser in assistingwith our GAA club lotto. This was the first year we decided to use an online system to compliment our local ticket sales.

This has proven to be invaluable during the Covid lockdown as all our other outlets were closed.

After considering a number of alternatives Breaffy GAA decided to go with Lottoraiser to help us secure lotto sales on-line. James and the team have been very good to work with and are always available to help with any questions or issues. The implementation was very easy and it provides another fund raising option for the club. It gives our supporters and members who live outside the community the opportunity to continue to support Breaffy GAA on a regular basis. We at Roscommon Gaels just like a lot of GAA Clubs had to shut down our Club Lotto when the Covid pandemic arrived. We made the decision to go online late last year as we realised our normal selling outlets was not an option for the foreseeable future. We chose Lottoraiser after assessing a number of solutions, as it was the most user-friendly and was the best fit four our customer needs. It was a decision our executive are proud of.

Last November it was clear that our weekly Lotto 50/50 Draw was running into trouble. Covid19 had closed down most of our selling outlets and it was a matter of urgency to do something about the finances of the club. Going online was our only option!

At the beginning of November, I contacted LottoRaiser and became acquainted with James. I can honestly say that, since our first conversation, I found a person who was helpful, generous with his time and attention, attentive to detail and deeply anxious to make our ‘Lotto-on-Line’ a success. A message to James or an email or a phone call is answered in minutes with courtesy and patience.

James has been very enthusiastic about putting Lotto na Gaeltachta online ‘as Gaeilge’ and his concern for ensuring the detail of the Irish language was, and is, very special and very important to us.
